Vehicle Maintenance

Every vehicle in our fleet undergoes a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule and multi-point inspection to ensure roadworthiness and passenger safety.

Driver Certification

All drivers complete comprehensive background checks, defensive driving training, CPR/First Aid certification, and specialized passenger assistance training.

Sanitization Protocols

Vehicles are cleaned and disinfected between every ride using EPA-approved products, with deep cleaning performed daily.

Multi-point safety inspection before every shift

Preventive maintenance every 5,000 miles or 90 days

Annual state and DOT inspections

Wheelchair lift and ramp weight testing

Tire, brake, and fluid checks logged digitally

Backup vehicles available to prevent service interruptions

Driver Certification & Training

Comprehensive criminal background checks (state and federal)

Motor vehicle record (MVR) review and ongoing monitoring

CPR and First Aid certification (renewed every 2 years)

Passenger assistance and mobility training

HIPAA and patient privacy training

Defensive driving certification

Annual performance reviews and ride-along audits

Drug and alcohol screening (pre-employment and random)

Sanitization & Infection Control

High-touch surfaces disinfected between every ride

EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectants

Daily deep cleaning of all vehicles

Hand sanitizer available in every vehicle

Drivers wear gloves and masks when assisting passengers

Wheelchair equipment sanitized after each use

Emergency Response Protocols

Real-time GPS tracking on all vehicles
